Siyam World - All-Inclusive Water Villa With Pool + Slide | 4 Nights (Festive Package)

Package inclusions Your package includes 4 nights’ accommodation in the selected villa category, the resort’s WOW! 24-Hour All Inclusive Dine-Around plan, shared return seaplane transfers between Velana International Airport and Siyam World, and applicable taxes for the guests included in your quotation. International flights, personal expenses and services outside the confirmed package are excluded unless expressly stated. Prices apply to the travel dates and occupancy shown. Extra nights, additional guests and upgrades can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed only once written confirmation has been issued by Island Hype Maldives. All Inclusive dining and beverages The WOW! All Inclusive plan is available from arrival at the resort until departure. It includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, selected beverages and snacks at participating outlets during their operating hours. Kulhivaru Sports Bar provides included beverages and snacks around the clock. Included minibar items are replenished once daily. Speciality restaurants require advance reservations. Included à la carte dining covers one starter, one main course and one dessert per person. One meal per person is included during each meal period; additional meals at other outlets during the same period and additional menu items are chargeable. Arigato Restaurant is chargeable, with a 50% discount on menu prices, unless dining there is expressly included under an eligible Residence category. Beverages are for personal consumption and served one glass at a time. Alcoholic beverages are not served to minors. Children’s included à la carte dining is from the designated children’s menu. Unused benefits are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be substituted. Restaurant hours, menus and included benefits may be revised by the resort. Check-in and check-out Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon, Maldives time. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges, unless expressly included in your booking. An extra night may be required to guarantee room access outside standard hours. Resort departure times depend on the seaplane schedule and may be earlier than your preferred departure time. Check-out is not permitted on 30 or 31 December 2026. Festive stays Christmas Eve dinner on 24 December 2026 and New Year’s Eve dinner on 31 December 2026 are mandatory for guests staying on those nights. Applicable dinner supplements will be included in your quotation. Regular food menus and in-villa dining will not be available on these nights. Children and villa occupancy Up to two children below 12 years may receive complimentary accommodation and meals when sharing with parents or paying adults, subject to the selected villa’s maximum occupancy and applicable offer. Child transfers and Green Tax remain chargeable where applicable and will be included in your quotation. Children below 2 years are exempt from Green Tax. Adult rates apply from 12 years. Please provide children’s dates of birth when requesting a quotation. The Water Villa with Pool + Slide accommodates a maximum of two adults and one child, or three adults. Other villa categories have different occupancy limits. Water villas are not recommended for young children. Acceptance requires parental consent and responsibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Festive stays • Cancellation received 50 or more calendar days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation and meal charges is refundable. Transfer charges are non-refundable. • Cancellation received 49 calendar days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total invoiced package price, including accommodation, meals, transfers and taxes, will be charged. No-show or early departure: 100% of the total invoiced package price will be charged. No refund applies to unused nights, meals or transfers. Send cancellation requests to reservations@islandhypemaldives.com with your booking reference and lead guest name. The date the request is received by Island Hype Maldives, calculated in Maldives time, determines the applicable charge.

PAYMENT POLICY: • Festive stays: Full payment is required at least 60 calendar days before arrival. • An earlier payment deadline may be required to secure your booking. This will be stated in your quotation before confirmation. • Bookings made after the applicable payment deadline require full payment at the time of booking. Failure to meet the confirmed payment deadline may result in cancellation, with applicable cancellation charges.

Airport & Seaplane Transfer Details Arrival assistance Our airport team will meet you at Velana International Airport and coordinate your handover to the resort’s airport representative for your shared seaplane transfer to Siyam World. Arrival lounge access at the seaplane terminal is included. Evening departure lounge access can be arranged at an additional charge. Flight details and transfer timing Please provide your complete guest and international flight details at least 14 days before arrival so that the resort can finalise your booking and transfer arrangements. Notify us promptly of any flight changes. Same-day seaplane arrangements are based on international arrivals before 3:30 PM, subject to the operator’s schedule, weather and operational conditions. Later arrivals may require an overnight stay near the airport at an additional cost. For international departures before 9:00 AM, the resort requires a seaplane transfer to Malé the previous afternoon. Overnight accommodation is additional, so please discuss early departure flights with us before booking. All times are Maldives local time. Shared transfer schedules Seaplane departure times are determined by the operator. Airport waiting times cannot be guaranteed, and flights may include stops at other resorts. Your arrival transfer schedule will be communicated on arrival, and your return schedule will normally be communicated on the evening before departure. Baggage allowance Each passenger, excluding infants, is entitled to: 20 kg checked baggage One piece of hand baggage weighing no more than 5 kg Infants do not receive a separate baggage allowance. Excess baggage is payable directly to the seaplane operator; the contracted charge is USD 5 per kg plus applicable GST, subject to operator revisions. For operational reasons, baggage may occasionally travel on a later flight. Transfer changes and disruptions Transfer amendments within 72 hours of travel incur additional charges, which will be advised before processing. Transfers are subject to weather, aircraft availability and safety requirements. Same-day travel cannot be guaranteed if your international flight or seaplane transfer is disrupted. Island Hype Maldives will assist with arranging temporary accommodation and meals where needed. These additional expenses are payable by the guest. Missed resort nights remain subject to the applicable cancellation and no-show charges. If a transfer is cancelled by the resort or operator, a transfer refund or rescheduling will be offered as applicable. This is separate from the non-refundable transfer condition for guest-requested cancellations.
