Sun Siyam Olhuveli – Beach Pavilion Full Board | 4 Nights (Festive Package)

Package inclusions: Your package includes 4 nights’ accommodation in the selected room category, the stated meal plan, shared return speedboat transfers between Velana International Airport and Sun Siyam Olhuveli, and applicable taxes for the guests included in your quotation. International flights and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly stated. Prices apply to the travel dates and occupancy shown. Extra nights, additional guests and room upgrades can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed only once written confirmation has been issued by Island Hype Maldives. Meal plans Full Board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the designated buffet restaurants. Water is provided during buffet meals; other beverages are chargeable unless expressly included. All Inclusive includes meals, selected beverages and other benefits under the resort’s applicable All Inclusive plan. Selected restaurants require advance reservations, and some outlets are restricted to adults. Premium menu items, in-villa dining and services outside the plan incur additional charges. After midnight, included drinks are available at Sunrise Bar; drinks at other bars are chargeable. Unused meal-plan benefits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another guest. Check-in and check-out Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon, Maldives time. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. An extra night may be required to guarantee room access for early arrivals or late departures. Check-out is not permitted on 30 or 31 December 2026. Festive stays Christmas Eve dinner on 24 December 2026 and New Year’s Eve dinner on 31 December 2026 are mandatory for guests staying on those nights. Applicable dinner supplements will be included in your quotation for stays covering either date. Regular food menus and in-villa dining will not be available on these nights. Children and additional guests Child benefits depend on the child’s age, room category and maximum permitted occupancy. Dates of birth must be provided when requesting a quotation. Eligible complimentary child accommodation, meals or transfers do not automatically waive Green Tax. Applicable child taxes and supplements will be included in the quotation. Children below 2 years are exempt from Green Tax. Water villas are not recommended for young children. Acceptance of children in these categories requires parental consent and responsibility.

REGULAR STAYS: • Cancellation received by Island Hype Maldives 20 or more calendar days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation and meal amount will be refunded. The remaining 50% and the full transfer amount are non-refundable. • Cancellation received 19 calendar days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the accommodation, meal and transfer amounts will be charged. FESTIVE STAYS: • Cancellation received 50 or more calendar days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation and meal charges is refundable. Transfer charges are non-refundable. • Cancellation received 49 calendar days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total invoiced package price, including accommodation, meals, transfers and taxes, will be charged. • No-show or early departure: 100% of the accommodation, meal and transfer amounts will be charged. Send cancellation requests to reservations@islandhypemaldives.com with the booking reference and lead guest’s name. The time Island Hype Maldives receives the request, in Maldives time, determines the applicable charge.

Full payment is required at least 30 days before arrival for regular stays and 60 days before arrival for festive stays covering 23 December 2026–10 January 2027. For bookings made within these periods, or where an earlier payment deadline applies, the deadline will be stated in your quotation. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in cancellation.

Airport & Transfer Details Your package includes shared return speedboat transfers between Velana International Airport and Sun Siyam Olhuveli. Our airport team will assist you on arrival and coordinate your handover to the resort representative. Transfers operate throughout the day. Night transfers are subject to prevailing weather conditions and the resort’s operational approval. Shared transfers may involve waiting for other arriving guests; immediate departure is not guaranteed. Please provide your arrival and departure flight details before travelling and notify us promptly of any changes. Private speedboat transfers can be requested at an additional cost. Weather, safety requirements and operational disruptions may delay or cancel a transfer. If the resort cancels a transfer, it will offer rescheduling or a refund of the unused transfer portion, as applicable. This is separate from the non-refundable transfer condition for guest-requested cancellations.
