Baggage Allowance: • Baggage allowance is 20 KG of checked luggage and 1 piece of hand luggage not exceeding 5 KG per passenger. Infants are not entitled to baggage allowance. • Any excess baggage is chargeable and payable directly to the Seaplane Company at USD 5.00 per kg + GST. • In extraordinary circumstances, luggage may be transported on a later flight (as per seaplane operator regulations). The resort does not accept liability for delayed luggage. Automatic Booking of Transfers: Transfer Scheduling: • Transfers may not always be available at designated times, and the resort is not liable for compensation due to delays. • Waiting time at Malé Airport cannot be confirmed in advance. • Seaplane schedules are confirmed by the operator prior to travel and will be communicated to the guests upon arrival in Malé and on the eve of departure. • Seaplane transfers may include intermediate stops; The concerned airline would endeavor to maximize direct flights to & from.

CANCELLATION POLICY: • Cancellation received by Island Hype Maldives 20 or more calendar days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation and meal amount will be refunded. The remaining 50% and the full transfer amount are non-refundable. • Cancellation received 19 calendar days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the accommodation, meal and transfer amounts will be charged. • No-show or early departure: 100% of the accommodation, meal and transfer amounts will be charged. Send cancellation requests to reservations@islandhypemaldives.com with the booking reference and lead guest’s name. The time Island Hype Maldives receives the request, in Maldives time, determines the applicable charge.

PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment must reach Island Hype Maldives no later than 30 calendar days before arrival. We do not accept deposits or instalments. For a booking requested within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due after availability has been checked and before the booking is confirmed. The exact payment deadline will be stated in the quotation. If payment is not received by that deadline, the requested arrangements may be released.
